The Community & Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing an active and loyal community of cryptocurrency enthusiasts and users across social platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility and engagement through meaningful online conversations and community events.

• Manage the organization’s presence on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Foster engagement through daily posts, crypto discussions, AMAs, and live streams.
• Monitor and respond to community queries and concerns, escalating issues when needed.
• Organize virtual community events and campaigns to boost brand engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and refine strategies for growth.

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing, with a focus on blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• Proven ability to manage and grow online communities across multiple platforms.
• Experience hosting live events, AMAs, or managing crisis communications in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms like Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trends and blockchain technology.
• Crisis management skills to handle sensitive community issues and maintain a positive brand image.
