The Customer Support Representative will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, offering assistance on account management, cryptocurrency transactions, and general inquiries about Cashaa’s services. This role involves addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the user experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Tech-savvy and quick learner, with blockchain/crypto knowledge as an advantage.
Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
